Bibo Luxo Cocktail Co. was founded in 2025 by The BaldTender, the creative alter ego of Sandeep Chohan. Born and raised in New York, Sandeep earned his New York State bartending certification and honed his craft at some of the city’s best speakeasies that have been foundational to modern cocktail culture. 

Then came an unexpected detour.

Trading rails for cells (Excel cells, that is), Sandeep left the back bar for the world of high finance, building a career that spanned nearly two decades across investment banking and hedge funds. While spreadsheets replaced shakers and earnings models replaced cocktail menus, one thing never changed: an obsession with creating the perfect drink.

What began in 2010 as an idea evolved into years of recipe development, tasting sessions, and relentless refinement. Friends became loyal followers and the dream of sharing these creations with a broader audience never faded.

In 2025, that dream became Bibo Luxo Cocktail Co., a luxury canned cocktail brand created to deliver bar-quality cocktails without compromise. 

Bibo Luxo is more than a ready-to-drink cocktail company. It is a celebration of craftsmanship, hospitality, and the belief that exceptional cocktails should be enjoyed wherever life's best moments happen.
